I never imagined being faced with a having a house fire and needing to navigate moving out, cleanup, and reconstruction. SERVPRO met with me the day of the fire and we put a plan together. The expertise, service excellence and guidance was beyond anything I could have hoped for. They made a very complex process much simpler and helped me navigate every step - large and small. It made something that was terrible into something that was manageable. Having a number of people in your house everyday, working on your behalf and trying so hard to get you back home ... SERVPRO of Douglas & Otter Tail Counties is your local go to Emergency Water and Fire Restoration company. Independently owned by Trevor Rossum since 2016, we are committed to being a reliable and skilled partner to help family and businesses in the community recover.

Before becoming a business owner, Trevor sold healthcare software. He learned about SERVPRO at a tradeshow as a vendor. While at the tradeshow, he knew he wanted to become involved with the restoration industry and decided to shift his focus to owning a business and helping people in times of need. When Trevor is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, attending his two kids' sporting events, and golfing!
