I'm still contracting SERVPRO of East Honolulu to dry my house. They are really quick and attentive, they came in as quickly as possible. This consultation and process was done within a matter of days. They are extremely responsive and efficient at their job. They were able to quickly dry up my storm damage, which was essentially water damage. SERVPRO used dry blowers and dehumidifiers to dry the affected areas of my house; they quickly did the job to make sure the contractors could do theirs. Now we are just waiting for the contractors to finish. Then SERVPRO can come back in and finish the job.

Lorenzo and Jo at SERVPRO (of East Honolulu) created me an Emergency Ready Profile (ERP) and I never realized how much I didn't know about my property and that I didn't have an actual emergency plan if something were to go wrong one day. I have 3 kids and 6 dogs, and I didn't even have a fire escape plan. Thanks to SERVPRO, I'm now prepared.

SERVPRO and their reconstruction subcontractor, Blue Dot, were very responsive, even coming on a Saturday to get the work done. They did painting, added new floor baseboards, dry wall, installed new tiling, and new light fixtures. Very pleased with the overall work. Prior to putting in the drywall I asked that they seal all the cracks in the original wall to stop further water damage and insects from coming into our bathroom. They were very good about spraying foam sealant before closing the wall with drywall. Overall, they were very easy to work with, cleaned up afterwards, and very responsive. Would recommend them highly.

Lorenzo and his team came through with such efficiency. The drain pipe in the back of my apartment got clogged which made heavy rain overflow into my apartment. They came to my rescue within 1 hour and started work immediately. They were able to save my favorite rug in my living room that was drenched.

Right away they installed a humidifier and drying fans. They were very professional and informative. I appreciated Dylan's patience with answering all my questions and explaining the whole process. The drying took a few days and they came out everyday to check the progress. In the end, we were very pleased as they were able to dry out everything before any mold developed.
