Since the start of SERVPRO of East Honolulu, we have been here for our community, serving both families and business recover from fire, water, or storm damage. Our vast knowledge on what is effecting our community most on water, fire damage and cleaning services instills a culture of change. Our company: SERVPRO of East Honolulu is owned by Lorenzo Usam, with more than 20 years worth of managerial work. He quickly went from a crew member here, to a manager by completing a credited Manager's development program. His strive for excellent customer support, help created the fast, and efficient work culture we see today at SERVPRO of East Honolulu. As an individually owned franchise here in Oahu, we see emergencies big and small that need both our staff and equipment for a speedy recovery. Lorenzo has ensured that we are keeping to our schedules and properly equipped for any job he gives our technician teams. Lorenzo also has gained much insight on the running a business and mitigation/restorative measures with certifications from the IICRC: WRT, ASD, AMRT, FST, and CCT. Being present in the daily operations of SERVPRO of East Honolulu, Lorenzo has become an excellent "hands on owner" and is usually the first face you see after you call us.

On a scale of 1-10 I would rate SERVPRO of East Honolulu a 10 in regards to my satisfaction. Every step of the way they were supportive, tentative, and accommodated to me. They were very professional the whole time, they came in a quickly took care of my situation. They did some repairs to my shop, and cleaned the flooring also moving my contents. After the repairs and cleaning the floors they moved my contents back. It was almost as if nothing ever happened. They completely exceed my expectations as to who I was dealing with. They are very professional and quick! Thank you SERVPRO!

My favorite 3 Musketeers arrived earlier than 1 p.m. They are like my uncles and cousin because they treat you with politeness and care.
They listened very carefully to my requests of putting the "no rush to open" boxes in one area of the room, removed all trash with them and are professional in everything they do. Nimblest, strongest, gentle employees, all 3 of them. Whoever does the hiring of personnel is excellent.
A two man crew came over to access the water damage from our refrigerator. They came, moved the koa table out to check the damage on the carpet and upon leaving informed me that it was disinfected. For the kitchen they immediately noticed the damaged uneven laminate flooring. Dylan and William were able to get the fridge out of the built in. They had a meter that measured wetness on the surface of the walls. William covered the built in cabinet with a material and the heat is supposed to dehumidify it. I asked hours? Dylan said days. Measurements were also taken of our extension area. Five stars for today's trouble call. They came early. Both men were friendly, courteous and did what they needed to do.
