On a scale of 1-10 I would rate SERVPRO of East Honolulu a 10. They showed up quickly, and almost immediately started to restore the water damage on my property. They helped out and did such a good job drying. Everyone was very friendly and offered assistance throughout the whole process of cleaning and drying. They took care of it quickly, and essentially by the end of the week there was nothing to worry about. They also followed up a few days later to make sure that nothing happened in their absence. It looks really good like nothing ever happened. They quickly cleaned up my office so I could rock-n-roll with my patients.

My favorite 3 Musketeers arrived earlier than 1 p.m. They are like my uncles and cousin because they treat you with politeness and care.
They listened very carefully to my requests of putting the "no rush to open" boxes in one area of the room, removed all trash with them and are professional in everything they do. Nimblest, strongest, gentle employees, all 3 of them. Whoever does the hiring of personnel is excellent.
A two man crew came over to access the water damage from our refrigerator. They came, moved the koa table out to check the damage on the carpet and upon leaving informed me that it was disinfected. For the kitchen they immediately noticed the damaged uneven laminate flooring. Dylan and William were able to get the fridge out of the built in. They had a meter that measured wetness on the surface of the walls. William covered the built in cabinet with a material and the heat is supposed to dehumidify it. I asked hours? Dylan said days. Measurements were also taken of our extension area. Five stars for today's trouble call. They came early. Both men were friendly, courteous and did what they needed to do.
SERVPRO of East Honolulu came in a took care of my situation, one of my pipes underground broke and caused water damage. I am very satisfied with their service, they quickly took care of it and dried everything in a quick fashion. When they scheduled me in they would tell me approximately how long it would take and when they would show up; they were always promptly on time based of their schedule curtailed to me. They did a job very well and I am super happy that I chose SERVPRO of East Honolulu to help with my mess that occurred.
You guys are so efficient. I was very impressed with the outcome. It gave me ease of mind.

Our company: SERVPRO of East Honolulu is owned by Lorenzo Usam, with more than 20 years worth of managerial work. He quickly went from a crew member here, to a manager by completing a credited Manager's development program. His strive for excellent customer support, help created the fast, and efficient work culture we see today at SERVPRO of East Honolulu. As an individually owned franchise here in Oahu, we see emergencies big and small that need both our staff and equipment for a speedy recovery. Lorenzo has ensured that we are keeping to our schedules and properly equipped for any job he gives our technician teams. Lorenzo also has gained much insight on the running a business and mitigation/restorative measures with certifications from the IICRC: WRT, ASD, AMRT, FST, and CCT.
