During a loss I had, I have never experienced a bad situation with SERVPRO of East Honolulu. I had a fire damage and they took care of it. The office staff were really kind and made me feel that everything was going to be alright, specially the senior ladies who stayed all day just to get all my things clean from the fire. SERVPRO of East Honolulu came in a took care of my situation, one of my pipes underground broke and caused water damage. I am very satisfied with their service, they quickly took care of it and dried everything in a quick fashion. When they scheduled me in they would tell me approximately how long it would take and when they would show up; they were always promptly on time based of their schedule curtailed to me. They did a job very well and I am super happy that I chose SERVPRO of East Honolulu to help with my mess that occurred.
There was a fire that affected my house, there was extensive damage done to the house because of the fire. There was a good amount of soot that affected the property. They did a nice job, packaging and cleaning my property. They quickly packed everything to clear the space to effectively clean. They scrubbed the walls clean of soot and did a good job. When it came time for my goods to be delivered back, SERVPRO of East Honolulu did so in a timely matter. They were able to return everything to me in one trip. The only thing I would say they could do better with communication. It would be better if they gave me a more through breakdown.
My washing machine had a leak in the pipe. SERVPRO was able to see me on my schedule and got the job done quick. They made the process effortless.
Lorenzo and his team came through with such efficiency. The drain pipe in the back of my apartment got clogged which made heavy rain overflow into my apartment. They came to my rescue within 1 hour and started work immediately. They were able to save my favorite rug in my living room that was drenched.
