I would like to praise Lorenzo Usam for great customer service that he provided with my son’s fire incident. It took longer than we thought but Lorenzo was available anytime I had questions. It was very frustrating to work with the insurance company but he made it easier to deal with the situation. I also want to praise Aiza for answering my billing questions. Your company is fortunate to have both employees who are dedicated to their jobs.

My favorite 3 Musketeers arrived earlier than 1 p.m. They are like my uncles and cousin because they treat you with politeness and care.
They listened very carefully to my requests of putting the "no rush to open" boxes in one area of the room, removed all trash with them and are professional in everything they do. Nimblest, strongest, gentle employees, all 3 of them. Whoever does the hiring of personnel is excellent.

A two man crew came over to access the water damage from our refrigerator. They came, moved the koa table out to check the damage on the carpet and upon leaving informed me that it was disinfected. For the kitchen they immediately noticed the damaged uneven laminate flooring.  Dylan and William were able to get the fridge out of the built in. They had a meter that measured wetness on the surface of the walls. William covered the built in cabinet with a material and the heat is supposed to dehumidify it. I asked hours? Dylan said days. Measurements were also taken of our extension area. Five stars for today's trouble call. They came early. Both men were friendly, courteous and did what they needed to do.

During a loss I had, I have never experienced a bad situation with SERVPRO of East Honolulu. I had a fire damage and they took care of it. The office staff were really kind and made me feel that everything was going to be alright, specially the senior ladies who stayed all day just to get all my things clean from the fire. I saw great team work and great quality work. Thank you SERVPRO of East Honolulu for your help!

There was a fire that affected my house, there was extensive damage done to the house because of the fire. There was a good amount of soot that affected the property. They did a nice job, packaging and cleaning my property. They quickly packed everything to clear the space to effectively clean. They scrubbed the walls clean of soot and did a good job. When it came time for my goods to be delivered back, SERVPRO of East Honolulu did so in a timely matter. They were able to return everything to me in one trip. The only thing I would say they could do better with communication. It would be better if they gave me a more through breakdown. 

Lorenzo and his team have been awesome to work with on this cleanup and restoration project at a fire damaged building.

On a scale of 1-10 I would rate my experience with SERVPRO of East Honolulu a 9. Lorenzo and his team did a very good job cleaning up the soot from the fire damage. They cleaned up the inside exterior very well, I did see a shelf that wasn't fully cleaned but overall it was good. There is a delay to finish repairing and cleaning because of the insurance. There is no screen or a ceiling because of other contractors. But, SERVPRO of East Honolulu did a good job on extracting the ceiling and screen. We are still waiting for them to finish, but currently we are still very satisfied with what Lorenzo has done.
