The SERVPRO team came to my school to do some cleaning for our classrooms. They were very professional and worked diligently. They cleaned our classrooms to be ready for the upcoming school year (i.e spraying it down to prevent/terminate any COVID-19 spores, wiping down desks, and mopping the floors).
I am very satisfied with my experience and will love to continue business with this very hardworking/professional crew!

SERVPRO (of East Honolulu) cleaned our carpets when we were moving out. They did an excellent job and finished within a few hours. Mike, Chad and Rowell were really thorough, and Mike even showed me the equipment and explained how it worked. The carpet looked brand new just as it did when we moved in 8 years ago. Thanks, SERVPRO (of East Honolulu)!
I recently moved into a one bedroom and wanted it to be sanitized before I moved in. My good friend recommended SERVPRO and I was happy with the outcome. They made the place look like brand new and I could feel the cleanliness. I felt reassured and ready to move in thanks to Stacy and Chad. Highly recommended! Thank You SERVPRO (of East Honolulu)

Our company: SERVPRO of East Honolulu is owned by Lorenzo Usam, with more than 20 years worth of managerial work. He quickly went from a crew member here, to a manager by completing a credited Manager's development program. His strive for excellent customer support, help created the fast, and efficient work culture we see today at SERVPRO of East Honolulu. As an individually owned franchise here in Oahu, we see emergencies big and small that need both our staff and equipment for a speedy recovery. Lorenzo has ensured that we are keeping to our schedules and properly equipped for any job he gives our technician teams. Lorenzo also has gained much insight on the running a business and mitigation/restorative measures with certifications from the IICRC: WRT, ASD, AMRT, FST, and CCT. Being present in the daily operations of SERVPRO of East Honolulu, Lorenzo has become an excellent "hands on owner" and is usually the first face you see after you call us.
