SERVPRO of North Bethesda is my hero! They saved me from water damage that came from a burst pipe in the apartment two floors over me. Early on a Sunday morning they came within an hour after I placed the emergency call for help with gushing waters filling up my 2 bedroom apartment. They quickly assessed the damages and had all the equipment and man power to efficiently begin cleaning up the water within hours. Also they prevented my ceilings from falling down by cutting all of the wet drywall areas out and removing them from indoors. They worked all day Sunday from early morning until evening to help begin the drying out phase. Alex and Atillio were super awesome helping me calm down by tending to every question and concern I had. They were extremely professional and yet they were my rock in a very desperate time when I was falling apart worrying about the damages. I can now look back 5 days later knowing calling SERVPRO® to help me in that moment of crisis was the best decision to save all of my valuable belongings. I had water damage in my home from a bad leak.  I am so happy to work with SERVPRO (North Bethesda) and very thankful for the work they completed in my home from start to finish.  

Several techs (supervisor, techs, construction estimator) visited my home throughout the process.  From installing equipment to dry out water, drywall repair, painting, flooring, etc., all (both of the Chris, Mauricio to name a few) were very knowledgeable and provided excellent work and customer service!  They were very patient with me, answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. Hands down, one of the best companies I have dealt with, everyone polite, professional, and definitely have the customer's best interest.  I was very impressed and will definitely use them again if needed.  

Communications with Shelly and Andrea was also courteous and efficient.  I always knew I was in good hands.  Shelly stayed on top of everything.  

Mauricio was equally professional and very polite.  He showed up on time every day and was ready to work.  He cleaned up the site completely and gave me beautiful new floors and other work.  I am most appreciative and am delighted that I worked with SERVPRO.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of work to the highest standards.  Thank you so much for a job well done!

I wanted to share a few words about SERVPRO’s North Bethesda Branch, as I am in real estate and know how much it can mean to have an exceptional resource that can be relied upon in a pinch. When a home inspection found a substantial drain leak from a basement pipe, we needed to get a full analysis of the situation. We called SERVPRO’s North Bethesda branch based on a referral (a previous client who had a great experience recommended them). We were connected with Christian at SERVPRO, and the process began there. Christian completed a thorough analysis of the space, and from there we established an initial plan of action. The team at SERVPRO then flawlessly executed the plan, returning the space to excellent condition. Throughout all stages of the process SERVPRO was thorough in their investigation to make sure any problem areas were remediated and repaired, and to make any alterations to the initial plan that were required as the job progressed. They were highly organized throughout, and the process was HIGHLY professional in every respect. Not only was Christian and the remediation team excellent, but the office personnel (including Jasmine) were also terrific throughout. They treated the job as if it was their only job (even though they no doubt have many such jobs of a larger scope), giving their full attention to the details. Additionally, we were working under a strict timeline, and they very graciously accommodated our needs as it related to the time factor.

SERVPRO is the best thing to happen in a totally stressful day! From the office staff, to the technicians, to the follow up crew who makes sure the job is perfect, SERVPRO of North Bethesda is fabulous. They rate better than an A+ in customer relations with a personal touch. Their staff is trained, skilled, and professional. They know exactly what to do and do it very well. There is nothing as soothing as competent professionals when you're ankle deep in water!

SERVPRO saved the day for my husband and I during a really bad situation that involved waste backup in our basement. They took charge of the situation, cleaned up a nasty mess, and handled everything with regards to filing with insurance. On top of all of this they provided great follow up all the way through until our basement was ready to be put back together. I'm very thankful to have made the call to them, and turned an awful situation into something that was much more manageable.

This franchise came out in the middle of the night when one of my pipes burst and water had flooded my basement. They provided an excellent professional and best of all painless service. I was treated with empathy and compassion. My house was dried out in 3 days and put back together within 2 weeks. The only hold up is insurance but that is not in their control. They even painted a door door frame that was not affected at my request and they did it free! I would highly recommend this SERVPRO as they are wonderful from the technicians to the office!

Ron and his team came out to our home when we had discovered a semi large flood in our basement. He put us at ease as this was a very stressful situation for my wife and myself. He explained the process to us and answers all question that we had for him. His team took excellent care of our home and all furniture that was unfortunately sitting in water. Some of our items that were sentimental and irreplaceable were able to be restored due to the swift action of his team.

Upon completion Ron checked up on us to make sure we had all the information needed to proceed with the insurance claims process. From start to finish I was impressed and very satisfied with the service.

I hope I’ll never had a issue with water damage again but if I do, I know who I’ll be calling.  

Christian's team responded immediately after a sewage backup in our basement. The crew came ready to clean, they steam cleaned the concrete, wiped down any items that were in the room and disposed of the waste promptly. They left behind drying equipment for 3 days just to ensure a fully dry and workable space. The office worked directly with our insurance company and we couldn't be happier.
