I was treated with empathy and compassion. My house was dried out in 3 days and put back together within 2 weeks. The only hold up is insurance but that is not in their control. They even painted a door door frame that was not affected at my request and they did it free! I would highly recommend this SERVPRO as they are wonderful from the technicians to the office!

I would highly recommending using this franchise in the event of a disaster.
Ron and his team came out to our home when we had discovered a semi large flood in our basement. He put us at ease as this was a very stressful situation for my wife and myself. He explained the process to us and answers all question that we had for him. His team took excellent care of our home and all furniture that was unfortunately sitting in water. Some of our items that were sentimental and irreplaceable were able to be restored due to the swift action of his team.
Upon completion Ron checked up on us to make sure we had all the information needed to proceed with the insurance claims process. From start to finish I was impressed and very satisfied with the service.
I hope I’ll never had a issue with water damage again but if I do, I know who I’ll be calling.
SERVPRO of North Bethesda was top notch start to finish. Their techs came out immediately to assess our mold situation and put a comprehensive game plan together to begin the remediation work within 24 hours. Their teams were incredibly polite and respectful of working around our personal property and the pricing was reasonable. The mold turned out to be more extensive than we originally thought and the team needed to come out two more times due to advanced air quality testing we had performed. In each instance we received the exact same responsiveness and great quality of work. We can't say enough about our interaction with the front line team and the back office. Shelly and Felipe are wonderful. Mold is scary business and the SERVPRO North Bethesda team deliver real peace of mind. We just received our final air quality tests and our home is now mold free thanks to SERVPRO. I highly recommend this particular team.
