Thank you to SERVPRO for taking great care of one of our Real Estate clients.  Our client purchased a home at a deep discount, knowing it had mold.  

The first contractor my client selected was more focused on the money than the solution.  

SERVPRO worked on this complicated project with great tenacity.  

It was delightful to get a call from my client saying how relieved she was to work with a contractor who was seeing the project through to completion.

Unfortunately, we'd worked with another SERVPRO shop in the past, who did not have the extreme attention to detail, nor the ownership of the project that this SERVPRO did.

I'm pointing this out because some shops are far superior than others.  

When dealing with mold remediation, you can't take the project to 90% completion.

When I voiced my concern about another SERVPRO, the owner of this shop said that he'd like to see the shortfalls of another shop corrected, as anything but superior service is a reflection on the brand.   I respect this response.  He didn't bash a "competitor", but took a positive perspective.

I look forward to knowing they will be caring for more of my clients in the future.

The people who sent to my house are very professional. They clarified all my doubts. Very clean at the time of finishing the work, they left everything cleaned. Very careful when covering when they were at the demolition, so that the rest of the house is not dusted. In short. I'm satisfied with

This company is excellent! The employees are professionals and knowledgeable. The response time is always with 2-4 hours max.

A few years back I used them for a flood where my toddlers overflowed a toilet with toilet paper and the water damage came through the ceiling in my kitchen.  It was a disaster.  SERVPRO North Bethesda came to the rescue and restored my ceiling like it never even happened!!!

I currently use them for periodic carpet cleanings and always refer them to my friends, family, and Co-workers.  

They now offer reconstruction services too and I will definitely use them for any future projects. I highly recommend them to all!  You won't regret the technical knowledge and professionalism from this company overall.

SERVPRO of North Bethesda was top notch start to finish.  Their techs came out immediately to assess our mold situation and put a comprehensive game plan together to begin the remediation work within 24 hours.  Their teams were incredibly polite and respectful of working around our personal property and the pricing was reasonable.  The mold turned out to be more extensive than we originally thought and the team needed to come out two more times due to advanced air quality testing we had performed.  In each instance we received the exact same responsiveness and great quality of work.  We can't say enough about our interaction with the front line team and the back office. Shelly and Felipe are wonderful.  Mold is scary business and the SERVPRO North Bethesda team deliver real peace of mind. We just received our final air quality tests and our home is now mold free thanks to SERVPRO. I highly recommend this particular team.
