SERVPRO of North Bethesda was top notch start to finish.  Their techs came out immediately to assess our mold situation and put a comprehensive game plan together to begin the remediation work within 24 hours.  Their teams were incredibly polite and respectful of working around our personal property and the pricing was reasonable.  The mold turned out to be more extensive than we originally thought and the team needed to come out two more times due to advanced air quality testing we had performed.  In each instance we received the exact same responsiveness and great quality of work.  We can't say enough about our interaction with the front line team and the back office. Shelly and Felipe are wonderful.  Mold is scary business and the SERVPRO North Bethesda team deliver real peace of mind. We just received our final air quality tests and our home is now mold free thanks to SERVPRO. I highly recommend this particular team.

The service itself was great. This unfortunately was the third time we have used them. However, there were some admin issues that held up a refund and they were very responsive and took care of the issue.

These folks are miracle workers! My coop had a hoarding situation that needed to be dealt with professionally and compassionately. Their crew came in and spent two days moving "collectibles" into literally hundreds of boxes. The  back office were on top of things, and very flexible in working with us to move the items into storage. Definitely a "can-do" attitude in the midst of a situation that was very overwhelming.
