Thank you, Mel!!! My roof blew up in the front of my house from the wind and rain. Mel came out with his moisture tool to check to see if there was any moisture, plus he walked around the porch to get a closer look. At a time like this when you are in a panic, you need someone you can depend on.

I'm the Property Manager at Palmetto Pointe Apartments here in Newberry. I've had several storm related incidents due to frozen pipes at the complex.
