Our Apartment building had a fire and badly damaged an entire floor and floors above and below. SERVPRO did an amazing job getting the tenants back within days of the fire happening. Keith and his team dealt with all the sub trades and assisted tenants and kept everyone informed. As the building manager, it certainly was a relief to have SERVPRO on site. Thanks Keith! 

SERVPRO responded to my Fire loss Immediately and walked me through the whole process until finish. Thank you SERVPRO Guelph and Team for turning my negative situation positive!  

Unfortunately we have had to call on SERVPRO twice now. Each time we have been more than happy with their response time. I called their emergency line and got a call back from Keith almost immediately. He got out of bed and came to see the water damage and we talked about a course of action for remediation. First thing the next day Chris arrived and started the task of removing the water and ensuring everything was put back to pre flood condition once we were dry again. As much as I appreciated everything they did, I hope I never need them again...but if I do, I won't be calling anybody else.

I had a fire in my kitchen from cooking. SERVPRO responded (Keith) the same evening 45 minutes after I called my insurance company he was on site.

SERVPRO cleaned all 3 level of my home to remove the soot, and contents in 5 days and then the painted my main floor and stair wells over the weekend.

Recently I experienced the frightening consequences of a fire in my apartment building. The result was an oily black soot covering many cherished pieces of wooden furniture. SERVPRO of Guelph is an established business in our community and in my experience, performed with excellence.
