Unfortunately we have had to call on SERVPRO twice now. Each time we have been more than happy with their response time. I called their emergency line and got a call back from Keith almost immediately. He got out of bed and came to see the water damage and we talked about a course of action for remediation. First thing the next day Chris arrived and started the task of removing the water and ensuring everything was put back to pre flood condition once we were dry again. As much as I appreciated everything they did, I hope I never need them again...but if I do, I won't be calling anybody else.

we found our office building main floor flooded after returning after New Years. SERVPRO was contacted by our Broker and immediately responded to begin water extraction. Our drywall, flooring, cabinets all had to be replaced along with our desks. Over 200K in damage. I was told by others it would take 6-8 weeks, SERVPRO completed the loss for start to finish in 3 weeks. Thank you SERVPRO.

Our business flooded in the spring. SERVPRO was there within 50 minutes and were in contact with us 24/7, weekends, evenings, days, whatever we needed to work with us and help our business through this absolute disaster of nature. They have very hard working crews and really went the extra mile to make sure all affected areas were remediated properly and extensively using state of the art equipment to detect moisture and mould that could not be seen by the naked eye. Both owners of the company came by to make sure the work was done and everything was satisfactory. I'd send them to my own mother's house in a heart beat.
