I would like to express that the employees of SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque, have treated me with kindness and respect. I have left the project due to the dust, and unable to cook or eat in my home throughout the construction. My communication with the office has been very well handled. This has been a very long wait to begin construction due to weather and HOA commitments. I trust the results of all will turn out well. Its been a long wait 

"Having discovered soaked drywall and black mold behind a wall of photographs in my bathroom, I panicked! I was fortunate to have friends who had used SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque and immediately called (in near hysterics!). The first person I spoke with -Maggie- was so calm and reassuring, that I avoided having a near stroke! She had someone out in no time and within hours had to ball quickly rolling... Niko Southall, the general manager, soon arrived and expertly explained my situation, what direction to go, and my "nightmare" didn't seem as horrible as I had imagined. The SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque team, including Nick, Manuel and Chris are incredibly hard working, knowledgeable, polite and ALWAYS on time.
