My husband and I were out of our house for over 3-4 hrs and when we arrived back home we walked into a water disaster! Our kitchen and finished basement were flooded. I had a water leak, contact my insurance, who in turn contacted SERVPRO. The project manager, Dave was here in less than two hours. He brought in two service men, they were fast, very efficient, and most of all they didn't mind my 200 questions. They were very kind and understanding!
