We had already ripped up the carpet and did the demo work ourselves. Dave sent a team in to dry out the area. All in all, we were very happy with the promptness and attitudes of the workers. Very polite workers. I would recommend them most definitely."
Like most of us downriver, we woke up to a flooded basement. Our insurance company put us in contact with SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and they sent Bobby and Mark out. The guys were very professional and efficient. They answered all of our questions and made the entire situation a little more bearable. Joshua Ingersoll has owned SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County since early 2017, having purchased the franchise from the former owners. He and his wife, Brienne, live in Genesee County, and have built strong ties to the communities in which they live. Every one of our 20+ employees lives within Genesee County, and we are proud to live and work in our home areas.
