Joshua Ingersoll has owned SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County since early 2017, having purchased the franchise from the former owners. He and his wife, Brienne, live in Genesee County, and have built strong ties to the communities in which they live. Every one of our 20+ employees lives within Genesee County, and we are proud to live and work in our home areas.

As a company, we are heavily involved in the local chambers of commerce, and sponsors of multiple Chamber events throughout the year in Flint, Fenton, Swartz Creek, and Flushing. I had the misfortune of coming back from vacation to find over four and a half feet of water in my basement this past January, my pipes froze up and broke, water ran for over four days. The damage was huge and the cleanup was even bigger than expected. I just came back to an outstanding cleanup job done by Mark Hoffman and Bob Tate, they did way more than they had too to make the basement better than it was?? it was a big clean up job and u guys nailed it so thank you.
So yes, I recommend SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County for any clean up job, big or small?? I just hope the rest of the rebuild on my home goes as well.
I would highly recommend SERVPRO. Bobby and Dominique and others did a fine job. Also special thanks to Farm Bureau Insurance and Steve our agent who we contacted first and he started the process of the contacts regarding the leak inside our home and the roof damage. Those of us who work in the people field quite often receive more complaints, than compliments. So I'm happy to give this deserving "shout out."
We had a water line break in our bathroom and went into the basement in a bedroom. A Horrible mess. We want to Thank all the employees that came to help clean up .A Great Staff of people. Shane, Dan,Courtney, Stephanie,Fernando, Justin . Your all Great workers. We will be happy to recommend this company .Thank You again SERVPRO.

Thank you for getting out to our home as quickly as you did, especially in light of the mass flooding in our area and therefore many homes in need of water cleanup and restoration. We appreciated all your work and the ability that you possessed in helping your customers to stay calm through such a trying experience.
