Thank you for getting out to our home as quickly as you did, especially in light of the mass flooding in our area and therefore many homes in need of water cleanup and restoration. We appreciated all your work and the ability that you possessed in helping your customers to stay calm through such a trying experience.
Dave and his team got our flooded basement cleaned and dried faster than I could imagine! They started within a couple hours of our broken well plumbing being fixed, worked out an awesome claim with our insurance company and had our new flooring being installed much faster than we expected. Joshua Ingersoll has owned SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County since early 2017, having purchased the franchise from the former owners. He and his wife, Brienne, live in Genesee County, and have built strong ties to the communities in which they live. Every one of our 20+ employees lives within Genesee County, and we are proud to live and work in our home areas.
