Also special thanks to Farm Bureau Insurance and Steve our agent who we contacted first and he started the process of the contacts regarding the leak inside our home and the roof damage. Those of us who work in the people field quite often receive more complaints, than compliments. So I'm happy to give this deserving "shout out."
We had a water line break in our bathroom and went into the basement in a bedroom. A Horrible mess. We want to Thank all the employees that came to help clean up .A Great Staff of people. Joshua Ingersoll has owned SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County since early 2017, having purchased the franchise from the former owners. He and his wife, Brienne, live in Genesee County, and have built strong ties to the communities in which they live. Every one of our 20+ employees lives within Genesee County, and we are proud to live and work in our home areas.
