Owner
Josh has owned SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton since March of 2017. In that time he has grown the business exponentially, thanks to his keen business sense and work ethic. In addition to multiple IICRC Certifications, he has worked his way up the SERVPRO ladder, starting as a Field Technician years ago. If he's not in the office or on a job site, you can find him on the golf course or on the water in Fenton.

- Carolyn has been with SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton since 2007.
Carrie Landon
Assistant Project Manager
- Carrie joined the SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton team back in 2018.
- She excels in customer service - listening, helping, and supporting our community members in their time of need.
- Carrie is actively involved in the communities SERVPRO serves. Engaging with our neighbors and showing her support for worthy causes such as Justice for Liley, Kiwanis, and Team Works.
- In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, reading, gardening, swimming, and exploring nature.
Lauren Goslee
Marketing Director
- Lauren has been with the SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton family since 2017.
- She has an extensive background in restaurants, so her customer service is top-notch. You can take the girl out of hospitality, but you can't take the hospitality out of the girl!
- What is Lauren not involved with?! She's heavily involved in the Flint and Genesee Chamber, Flint and Genesee Young Professionals, and the Flushing Area Chamber, just to name a few.
- She is a Flushing native and loves working in and supporting her community.
- Lauren is a soccer fanatic, coaching both her girls teams and playing on an adult rec league as well.
- Traveling is her JAM and she loves to camp with her family.
Steve Trevino
Structure & Personal Property Project Manager
- Steve joined the SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton team in November 2022.
- He recently transitioned into his new position from a Reconstruction Project Manager.
- Prior to joining SERVPRO, Steve managed a basement finishing company in the Metro Detroit area and worked in construction for over 10 years.
- Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include, Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT).
- Steve enjoys spending his time off with his wife and kids, playing cornhole, and golf.

Tom is a very knowledgeable member of our production staff, and one of the hardest workers on our team. He has only been with us a short while but brings years of construction experience to our team. Outside of work, he is a partner at Tomahawk Reclaimed Lumber Company with our own Mark Hoffman, where they refinish raw edge wood into custom tables, benches, and more.

Rex is SERVPRO's resident "Mr. Fix-It". Whether it's keeping our fleet looking good and up to code, or organizing equipment and storage, or overseeing the warehouse and organization, Rex can do it all.

I had the misfortune of coming back from vacation to find over four and a half feet of water in my basement this past January, my pipes froze up and broke, water ran for over four days. The damage was huge and the cleanup was even bigger than expected. I just came back to an outstanding cleanup job done by Mark Hoffman and Bob Tate, they did way more than they had too to make the basement better than it was?? it was a big clean up job and u guys nailed it so thank you.
So yes, I recommend SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County for any clean up job, big or small?? I just hope the rest of the rebuild on my home goes as well.
I would highly recommend SERVPRO. Bobby and Dominique and others did a fine job. Also special thanks to Farm Bureau Insurance and Steve our agent who we contacted first and he started the process of the contacts regarding the leak inside our home and the roof damage. Those of us who work in the people field quite often receive more complaints, than compliments. So I'm happy to give this deserving "shout out."
We had a water line break in our bathroom and went into the basement in a bedroom. A Horrible mess. We want to Thank all the employees that came to help clean up .A Great Staff of people. Shane, Dan,Courtney, Stephanie,Fernando, Justin . Your all Great workers. We will be happy to recommend this company .Thank You again SERVPRO.

Joshua Ingersoll has owned SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County since early 2017, having purchased the franchise from the former owners. He and his wife, Brienne, live in Genesee County, and have built strong ties to the communities in which they live.
