Igor and his team did a very through job in remediating a large mold problem in my basement.  They handled everything with the insurance company and were very polite with my tenants.  Their experience was apparent and they moved very quickly, even handling the removal and replacement of all the items that were stored in the basement during the job.  I would highly recommend them.

I recently had SERVPRO of Weymouth & Hingham do the cleanup from water and mold damage in my basement. Everyone was professional from start to finish! Jake and Ben were very understanding to my loss of family items that can never be replaced! Samantha working in the office sent the pictures to me that I could not look at when they were taken. SERVPRO team did an excellent job cleaning up after a mouse invasion in our cellar . They thoroughly cleaned the shelves and wiped down all the products on the shelves and neatly replaced them. They removed items not wanted.

As soon as I filed my claim with insurance SERVPRO called and came that night for an assessment. Jake was amazing he answered my calls every time I called even at a Red Sox game at night. He was upfront and honest about the mold situation and time frame to get the job done. His crew was very polite and professional. Our home getting destroyed by water was horrendous but the help Jake and SERVPRO provided made this whole ordeal much more bearable.
