I have nothing but good things to say about SERVPRO Weymouth. Sam was an all star meeting my frequently changing scheduling needs. I'm used to having to make the follow up calls and confirmation calls for services but it was not necessary with SERVPRO. I hope not to need your emergency services anytime soon but in the event I do, you'd be the first call I would make. Keep up the great work and again a special thanks to Sam for being so accommodating!

My experience with SERVPRO was beyond positive! The expansion tank in my basement burst and flooded my entire basement ... this was beyond a nightmare for me as my basement had become a “catch all” for so much “stuff” over the years that I didn’t have time to tend to as I was caring for my dying father and juggling work and 2 children ... When it first happened I didn’t even want to put a claim in because I was too embarrassed for anyone to see it! But, when I saw the mold I had to put my pride aside and make the call. Josh and Sam were so cheerful, professional, and such a calming presence! They came in, had a plan, and very quickly executed the job and got it done ... I don’t have a single complaint! ... Great job to the whole team who took part in this clean up!

Joe Geary is the kindest and most knowledgeable man. He helped me navigate the complicated insurance company claim and made suggestions to my adjuster about how the situation should be dealt with. He fought for them to treat me fairly. I really cannot sing his praises and his guys' praises enough! Thank you, SERVPRO, you guys really made my life so much easier during this difficult time.
