We had an electrical fire in our 1880’s home in July of 2017.  SERVPRO of Dubuque was there from the beginning.  They were very supportive, organized and professional.  We initially met with the owner and two of the staff.  They described their business, explained that they use all local employees and they outlined what they would do to clean up from the fire and repair all of the damage.  SERVPRO worked directly with our insurance company, which was very helpful.  It took a lot of the pressure off of us during this trying time.  Our home is now actually in better structural shape than before the fire and SERVPRO did everything they could to keep the historic integrity of our home.  Now our home is really beautiful.

When I realized that I had water damage in my basement that turned into a mold problem, I called another company first.  After not being able to get them to come to my home or even return my calls, I called SERVPRO of Dubuque.  They got back to me quickly and had someone here the next morning to tell me my options.  I decided to have them take care of everything and they did a great job.

We had water in our basement from a bad storm like lots of other people.  I called around 7:30 and by 8:30 a team was there getting things cleaned out.  Things that were to be junked was taken away and we didn't have to do it ourselves.  They sent the paperwork to our insurance so we had to do nothing with that.  It was a great experience and truly it was like nothing had happened.

In April, we had a house fire.  After working with our insurance company, we had SERVPRO OF DUBUQUE take over cleaning up the mess and making the repairs.  The whole crew was considerate, respectful and very aware of our feelings.  Our home was cleaned, repaired and looked great.  I would recommend SERVPRO OF DUBUQUE to anyone.
