Terry Lenstra is our lead Mitigation Project Manager, and has been with the SERVPRO®; since April 2005. Terry is certified for the following: Water Damage Restoration, and Successful Subrogation 2.

Terry is also trained and certified for Xactimate, DryBook, Lead Safe Renovator, SERVPRO’s employee training, and Workplace Safety.

In his free time Terry enjoys hanging out with his wife Julie, riding bikes, exercising, Farmers Markets, and small town Iowa attractions. Terry is also a member of Hope Church Dubuque IA., and participates in the churches music department.

Bob Vohl brings over 20 years of sales, marketing and risk management in the insurance industry to the position he filled here at SERVPRO®; in 2015. He is responsible for managing and cultivating the very important relationships we have with fellow SERVPRO®; Franchises, as the Director of our Support Services Division. Bob, who is HIPPA Certified, coordinates our Document Restoration Response Team and other Support Services response team efforts in the field.

In addition to assisting SERVPRO®; of Dubuque with Support Services and managing special projects, Bob is the Managing Senior Consultant at MB Mold & Air Quality Testing, an affiliated company. In that capacity, he does Mold and IAQ testing for many of the local remediation contractors, including SERVPRO®; of Dubuque as well as several of other SERVPRO®; franchises in IA, IL & WI.

Bob is certified with the IICRC as a WRT (Water Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying) & AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician).

Bob is also certified with the ACAC as a CIE (Council Certified Indoor Environmentalist) and CMI (Council Certified Microbial Investigator). In that capacity, he does Mold and IAQ testing for many of the local remediation contractors, including SERVPRO®; of Dubuque as well as several of our sister SERVPRO®; stores IA, IL & WI.

Bob loves to spend time with his family and friends and is an avid outdoors-man.

Mike Lukan is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO®; of Dubuque.

He grew up in New Vienna, a small town in NW Dubuque county, and went to Beckman High School. I have lived in Dubuque for the majority of my adult life and have one teenaged son.

I previously worked in the concrete construction industry for 15 years plus, doing everything from bridges to residential concrete.

I believe in giving back and try to donate my time or coordinate donations for various causes during the year. Working for SERVPRO also gives me a good feeling, as we help people when they are going through something devastating in their lives. I often say that we meet some amazing people in our business but always hinder the worst circumstances. So, it's nice to help give them some relief.

Sam Benda was born and raised in Dubuque by parents Dennis and Christine Benda. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, Sam worked at Dubuque Senior High School as both an educator and coach for 15 years. While he enjoyed his time working in public education, the past two years has been time period has been ever-changing for Sam. He married the love of his life, Ashley Leute in the summer of 2021 and they had their first child, a boy named Lincoln, in the spring of 2022. Shortly after becoming a father, Sam decided to make a career change and he was hired as a project manager at SERVPRO®; of Dubuque in August of 2022. He has enjoyed his short time in this role both because of the fun and welcoming staff, but also because each day brings a new and exciting challenge that involves helping people in a time of need.

Logan Pfeffer is a Production Technician at SERVPRO®; of Dubuque.

Logan Pfeffer is from Hampton, Iowa. He has been working at SERVPRO®; since June of 2023. Logan is also a member of the Iowa Army National Guard, where he has been serving as a Field Artillery member. He enlisted into the Iowa National Guard in his junior year of high school. Logan is the person who drives the Humvee and tows the Howitzer, a cannon, as part of his team's six-man operation. He is certified in CPR, military CDL, and concussion training.

Logan is attending the University of Northern Iowa, where he is studying Physical Education with a minor in Coaching. He has a passion for sports and enjoys volunteering his time to coach basketball for fifth graders. Logan's family has always been a big part of his life. Logan has two siblings, one older brother and one older sister.

Logan has a lot of hobbies that he enjoys doing in his free time. He loves kayaking, shooting, and spending time with friends and family. He truly loves the outdoors and learning anything new to help him in the future. Logan is always looking to better himself every day and learn something new.

Brandon Husemann is our Lead Construction Manager at SERVPRO®; of Dubuque.

Brandon has been with SERVPRO®; since June of 2022. Brandon works with our customers to rebuild their homes “Like it never happened” while working with their insurance company to process the claim as quickly as possible. He first evaluates the scope of damage and then provides an accurate estimate using the Xactimate Insurance Estimating Program.

Before Brandon came to SERVPRO®; he began his career in the construction trades as a drywall finisher in 1997. For the next 12 years he worked as a drywall finisher, painter, and plasterer. In 2008 Brandon started his own business H&R Drywall & Painting. He owned and operated this business until 2022, when he sold the business to his son and came to work for SERVPRO®;. Throughout the years he also bought several properties, remodeled them to be rented or re-sold.

Brandon was born in Dubuque, Iowa but grew up in Hazel Green Wisconsin. He still lives in Hazel Green, is married to Kathleen, and the father of 5 children. His hobbies are fishing, hunting, and playing golf. He loves to read almost any book he can get his hands on. Brandon is very involved in ministry at his Church, Bible Baptist Church. He coordinates an addiction program Free Indeed, that works directly with the county jail and local correctional facility.

Dan Fleming is a Sales Marketing Representative at SERVPRO®; of Dubuque.

He has worked at SERVPRO®; since October of 2021. Before he came to SERVPRO®; he was the District Sales Manager at Frito Lay Inc. where he worked from 1985 to 2021. He has been married to his wife Polly for 36 years, has three daughters, and four grandchildren. In his free time Dan enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. He is also an active member of the Optimist Club.

Austin Faber is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO®; of Dubuque.

Austin has worked with SERVPRO®; since November of 2020. He has lived in the tri-state area most of his life. In his free time, he enjoys raising aquarium fish. He likes to help people that need his expertise and tries to make the process easier on his customers. He is a great leader and strives to make sure every job is “Like it never even happened”.

Lucinda Champion is our Accounting and HR Administrator at SERVPRO®; of Dubuque.

She has been with SERVPRO®; since January of 2023. She has an extensive accounting background in both public and private construction. She is dedicated to her job making sure to provide the best customer service she can.

Lauren Fink is a production tech at SERVPRO®; of Dubuque.

She has been working at SERVPRO®; since July of 2022. She was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa. She has six siblings and two cats. In her free time Lauren enjoys spending time with her cats, friends, and family. She has gone through all the proper training to make it “Like it never even happened”.

Kacy Johnson is a production technician at SERVPRO®; of Dubuque.

Kacy has been working at SERVPRO since April of 2023. Before coming to SERVPRO®; he drove semi and worked in the oil fields. He was born and raised in southwest Wisconsin. He has a class A CDL. Kacy excels at demo and reconstruction. In his free time Kacy enjoys farming and working on trucks.

Kaden Turner is our fleet maintenance technician at SERVPRO®; of Dubuque.

Kaden started working at SERVPRO®; in August of 2022. He was born and raised in East Dubuque and is currently attending Senior High School. In his free time Kaden enjoys working on trucks and motorcycles.

George Karwoski is a production technician at SERVPRO®; of Dubuque.

George has been working at SERVPRO®; since April 2023. He is very skilled in concrete, flooring, running gas lines, and grew up cleaning and repairing his father's rental properties. George was born and raised in Dubuque and has 6 children. In his free time George enjoys fishing, camping, and restoring old cars.
