I received a call today from a client of ours that had some recent water damage to her home and your guys recently did some work for her.  She called me on several things but mentioned how pleased she was with the work SERVPRO had performed.  I thought you should know this and hopefully, you'll share her comments with the folks who performed the work.  I am sure you hear when things don't go as planned but need to also hear when things are done as they should be.

These guys are the best. One phone call and they came late at night, worked through most of the night to get started on a very major project involving severe water damage. They worked with our insurance company to make sure we got the best value for what insurance would pay. Very impressive.
