I write today to tell you of the excellent service we recently received to dry, humidify, remove ruined building materials, and pack up our belongings until repair could be finished.

They were there promptly at 9 AM following the day it was discovered flooded and tirelessly. They were "nice" and efficient and did a great job.  (An upstairs bathroom had 2 pipes that burst and there was a lot of flooding that took place.)

Last Thursday they returned our belongings.  I was impressed with the attention to detail they had exhibited in packing up things.  The men that brought things back were excellent examples of your workforce, also.

This excellent crew was Ray Garcia and Kevin Masanz.  They were a pleasure to work with.

Thank you for the wonderful service.  These men should receive a commendation for their work at our home.

Ray, Katie, Trevor and the rest of the team helped us with our water damage after being hit from the Derecho.  They were all very friendly, professional and took care of getting us all dry.  They are the best!!  I would highly recommend this team!

Very professional and caring staff.  Someone was able to come out the same day which was a Saturday as I was worried about more rain coming and shingles being off my roof.  EXCELLENT JOB!

We had some tornadoes pass through Verona that caused some water damage at an apartment complex that I manage.  SERVPRO of Madison, WI has been the best company to work with to clean up after the storms and mitigate the damage.  Tammy and Jason are incredible to work with, and I cannot say enough good things about them.  Ray is also an incredible worker, keeps me updated with the process and timeline for repairs.  They immediately brought in equipment to properly dry the apartment units that were damaged, and are thorough with their treatment and repairs.  I will also mention that they are extremely clean, put down plastic where they are consistently walking- very impressive.  I cannot recommend SERVPRO of Madison, WI enough- Jason, Tammy, and Ray and their team have made the process easy and we will be using them again if needed.
