The SERVPRO of Madison on-site personnel were prompt, courteous and attentive to my concerns.
-SERVPRO was contact Tuesday the 18th around 12 noon asking if they had staff to provide 24/7 fire watch starting at 4:30 AM Wednesday January 18th.
-Arrangements were made and SERVPRO was on campus in about 12 hours' time ready to go. Without their assistance, I'm not sure how we would have been able to keep the facility open.
After 30 years in facilities management, I can't say enough about their professionalism, follow through, response time along with the very important follow-up to make sure everything was taken care of. Used for construction cleanup, water damage, large-scale restoration planning and so on. The nice thing about this local office out of Madison, you get that personal attention while knowing they have the resources to handle any situation with the backing of a large corporation. My name is Bill, I can guarantee you if Tammy says it can be taken care of it will be.
