I just wanted to take the time to offer my compliments to your team.  We had an apartment here that was in very bad shape.  It was above and beyond what we can handle with our maintenance team.  Because of the stellar customer service I've received working with SERVPRO of Madison. WI before I knew who to call right away.  And of course it was the right decision.  I called and was very professionally an efficiently taken care of.  I got my bid for the work and Al Steele was such a wonderful person to work with.  He was patient and professional the entire time.  I knew he had other much larger projects on his plate at the time with the flooding at the University but he still was quickly responsive and addressed my needs.  Everything was scheduled and the apartment was taken care of so well I almost wouldn't even recognise it.  I'm always so impressed with the work your team does.  So many people take the time to express frustration or discontent with service but I can't help but want to tell everyone how satisfying it is to work with SERVPRO of Madison.  I know I will be taken care of in a very professional manner, very quickly and always happy with the service.  Congratulations to you and your team for being so outstanding.

Hope you are hanging in there.  Sounds like you(SERVPRO of Madison) are super busy.  Just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you what a delightful daughter you have.  Katie is here today with Claudia and she is just a sweetheart along with being a very conscientious and hard worker.  Given the last few days of hiccups, it was such a pleasant and refreshing day to have Katie and Claudia here today.

*Thank you all very much for the role you played in getting room 414 ready for the students return tonight.  I am amazed what this team accomplished in 4 days (with one day being a major snow storm that require a lot of work and things more challenging for folks to gt to work).

This week, as crazy as it has been, is a reminder to me to never underestimate the power of a team.  When we work together we can accomplish great things.  I know the students are very happy and excited to return tonight.  I think they are going to be very happy with their new home.

We had a sewer back up in the basement that flooded the whole basement.  Yuck!  Jackie brought her team in and cleaned and sanitized everything.  They put things on pallets and dried everything.  Thank You!  We recommend them to everyone or anyone that have a flooding issues.

We were thrilled that they were able to clean up the terrible mess we had with the sewer back up, in such a short period of time.
