About Us
Our willingness to lend a hand is not exclusive to the work that we do in the restoration and recovery industry. While our SERVPRO team of professionals has more than a century of combined experience in the various fields we specialize in, our greatest achievements are the differences we can make in the lives of our customers. From our owners, Allan and Pamela McMillon, to our full roster of qualified recovery specialists, we have our customers best interest in mind, with every step of work we do.
While our area might best be known for its scenic vistas of Douglas Lake and the Smokey Mountains National Park, along with entertainment venues that help to generate tourism to the area like Dollywood, we also know how to take care of one another. As a locally owned and operated outfit, we maintain a level of honesty with our clients that allows for better transparency in lengths of tasks, estimated costs, and what work your home needs.
We stay involved in our communities because being a good neighbor means more than just cleaning up after water, fire, mold, storms, or flooding. To our SERVPRO team, our involvement with organizations like Live It and other area awareness groups, fundraisers, and athletic teams of the region, instill a sense of pride in the work that we do and the difference we can make to those in need.
Our SERVPRO team must also contend with substantial loss situations at times. Because of our involvement with a Large Loss Recovery Team, we have the equipment and personnel to get the damage under control as promptly as possible. Theater shows and historic properties are an essential element to congested tourist areas, and we have a 24/7 response to help quickly clean, dry, and restore any of these larger structures.
With our extensive experience in the industry combined with accreditations from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), we can present knowledgeable technicians for every loss incident to make it “Like it never even happened.”
