Freda Green
Freda Green is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Sevier, Jefferson, Cocke and Hamblen Counties. She has been with SERVPRO 16 years. Freda and her husband were previous owners of a SERVPRO in Mississippi. Freda has been married for 40 years and has 5 beautiful granddaughters.
Missy Leake
Missy is the Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Sevier,Jefferson,Cocke & Hamblen Co. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration.
Ken Smith
Ken Smith is one of out crew chiefs here at SERVPRO of Sevier, Jefferson and Cocke Counties. He has had several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) : Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation and Commercial Drying Specialist.
Josh Quillen
Josh is our Business Development Manager and he is also 1 of our 3 Priority Disaster Relief responders. Josh is available 24/7 around the clock. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) by the IICRC. He is also part of our Trauma/Suicide team and holds a Trauma Scene Cleaning certification (TCST) from the IICRC. Josh has been with SERVPRO since December 2017, and he comes with over 18 years of experience in management and team building. Josh has lived in Sevier County since 1996. When Josh gets time off, he enjoys hunting, camping, and golfing. He is a father of two children and has been married to his wife Casie since March of 2005, which they credit to their faith in Christ.
Jacy Williams
Jacy Williams is our receptionist at SERVPRO of Sevier, Jefferson and Cocke Counties. She has been with us since April 2023. Jacy came to us with two degrees. One in Social work and the other in Gerontology which explains why she is so passionate and understanding when speaking with callers that are faced with water, fire or microbial devestaion. Jacy has two children Logan and Macy. In Jacy's free time she enjoys spending time with her children, going to amusement parks, working out, watching movies and listening to music. "Music is good for the soul."
