Due to a flood, we had to quickly bring Jeff and his team in to assess the damages and put together a plan-of-action for clean-up. While working through the damage, Jeff was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Jeff Krivan and his incredible Staff. Our home experienced two February floods within 6 days. On the 22nd, early in the morning, we woke to 7 of rushing flood waters containing human waste in our finished, fully furnished basement. The main streets sewer line had collapsed as we slept during the heavy rains, completely obstructing it in front of our sewer connection making our laundry room the streets conduit for several hours. Our Borough's public works department arrived to provide emergency sand bagging and pumping water out to another main, followed by major street demolition to fix the line until late that night. I Jeff and Staff arrived in what felt like minutes after calling. They were knowledgeable, confident and efficient. But they also understood and had empathy for what we were experiencing during those long days of pulling our home out of chaos while Jeff provided us with continuois, dedicated oversight and constructive recommendations...and to him, we are eternally grateful. Again, there aren't enough words to say Thank You SERVPRO.

My hot water tank broke and Jeff came on a SUNDAY to help me get the process of cleaning up started. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to have someone that was knowledgeable and truly concerned about getting the job done quickly and correctly. When it came time to clean up my basement the guys he had working for him went as far as bringing my porch furniture down from the porch just to help me out. I would wholeheartedly recommended them to anyone.

How can I say enough about this company?  When our toilet sprung a leak Jeff Krivan was at hour house in a little over an hour to assess the damage and plan his crews work.  Greg worked mostly at our house.  He was very neat, clean, and personable.   He checked in frequently to see if things were drying.  I felt very comfortable with the crew in my home.  When you have a disaster call SERVPRO of West Beaver County!!

I had water damage with the amount of storms we had been receiving. I contacted Jeff at SERVPRO and he came out immediately. He was so helpful through the entire process (removing drywall, insulation, flooring, Etc) and took time to answer all of my questions. Jeff and his entire team were wonderful!

I flooded within a few weeks of closing on the sale of my home. I had 7 ft of water in my basement and had to clean up and replace all utilities and drywall.
