The walls were scraped and painted (with a microbial and moisture barrier paint) along with all the metal poles. The nooks and crannies and floors were vacuumed to remove many years of "dust".
There was some mold remediation also.
His crew members were reliable, prompt and competent. They were very friendly and accommodating. Greg was fantastic.
Jeff has offered to address anything that wasn't done exactly to my expectations. At this point there is nothing.

Very nice group. The techs that showed up very also very nice and kept us updated during the whole process.

We had mold on our ceiling and we needed it removed and sealed. We couldn't even get quotes from other companies. Jeff and his team immediately proposed solutions and took care of the problem. Scaffolding was erected, the mold removed, and the ceiling finished before we knew it. Jeff was very gracious and even brought in a dehumidifier for another problem that was completely unrelated. They did great work, were very timely, and took our concerns into account. They're fantastic and you would do well to use them for any mold or restoration issues you may have!

SERVPRO called me back within minutes and came out to see the house within a few hours. He priced the job and had it completed it in about two days. He still stays in touch with us to make sure everything is okay.

Disaster restoration is a big deal for those involved and can cause people a lot of stress. Jeff is a very good guy and excellent with customer service.
