We had just bought brand new furniture the day before we hosted Christmas with our family at our new home.  Our family had brought an elderly dog (that we didn't realize at the time) had been relieving himself on our day old furniture.  I called Jeff and he had his team out immediately for an upholstery clean.  Jeff was so understanding and although it was a small job compared to what I'm sure he normally deals with, still treated me as his #1 priority.  Greg did an amazing job on our furniture - it smells and looks brand new!  I would recommend Jeff and his team for any job, big or small!

100% professional and knowledgeable! These guys took on an extremely difficult job at cleaning and restoring what seemed like an endless amount raw sewage out of my wrecked crawl space which required skill and experience because of the complications. I’m a professional roofer myself so I’m a tough critic and they delivered! Would highly recommend again and again.

SERVPRO of West Beaver County called me back within minutes and came out to see the house within a few hours. They priced the job and had it completed in about 2 days. They still stay in touch with us to make sure everything is ok. The price for mold remediation was good and their service well exceeded my expectations. If I need any of their services in the future they will be my first phone call.

I have hired SERVPRO twice in the last 2 months. Once for basic carpeting cleaning and the other for a full house cleaning and deodorizing. They have been responsive, accommodating, 100% professional and genuinely interested in my needs and concerns for the work they are doing. The follow up has been wonderful as well. Jeff and his crew did an excellent job on a tough cat odor problem in a home I was dealing with. Jeff went over everything that would need to be done and gave an immediate estimate. His plan was the least invasive and best priced. The day work started his production manager went over everything that they were going to do again and made sure I had no questions. I am very impressed by the final results and highly recommend this business to anyone.

We were in quite a big rush to get the ducts clean after a remodel that had gone into the colder months and we called SERVPRO and they showed up the next day for an evaluation and 2 days later we could turn our heat on! They came faster than anyone was able too and they did a great job for us! I’d recommend them to anyone.

Jeff came out and looked at a family member’s hoarder house I had to deal with. He told me they could get it back to the best shape possible considering the basement had animal feces, mostly cat. Also, some in the upstairs. They did a great job cleaning it to get it back to the best shape possible. They did everything I asked and made right on any issues I had.
