SERVPRO of West Beaver County in Monaca, PA is owned by Jeff Krivan. Jeff's crew did an incredible job of restoring our garage and cleaning the interior of our first floor from smoke damage from a fire in the garage. Jeff and his head foreman, Greg, kept us informed daily on the various contractors and repair timelines. This very stressful situation was handled with expertise from Jeff working with our insurance company to Greg overseeing the work crews. All the contractors that worked on our home were knowledgeable, courteous and timely. I highly recommend SERVPRO and give them a 5-star rating.
SERVPRO of West Beaver County called me back within minutes and came out to see the house within a few hours. They priced the job and had it completed in about 2 days. They still stay in touch with us to make sure everything is ok. The price for mold remediation was good and their service well exceeded my expectations. If I need any of their services in the future they will be my first phone call.
My hot water tank broke and Jeff came on a SUNDAY to help me get the process of cleaning up started. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to have someone that was knowledgeable and truly concerned about getting the job done quickly and correctly. When it came time to clean up my basement the guys he had working for him went as far as bringing my porch furniture down from the porch just to help me out. I would wholeheartedly recommended them to anyone.

I had raw sewage back up into my basement and Jeff was there the same night and his crew came the next day to start clean-up. Jeff and his crew were wonderful to work with. They sanitized my basement and ran dehumidifiers until the levels were low enough to prevent mold. I would definitely work with them again if the need ever arose. They came everyday to check the equipment and I never felt like I was dealing with this problem by myself. Thank you again Jeff, Jake, and Brian. You were wonderful.
