They began the demo and had the adjuster in to give an estimate, the job was started and completed in about 8 months. There were a few hiccups but Jeff made things right. I am satisfied with the renovation, it's very pretty. I get lots of compliments by family and visitors alike. There are a few things that are to be completed shortly, in the coming weeks. I had raw sewage back up into my basement and Jeff was there the same night and his crew came the next day to start clean-up. Jeff and his crew were wonderful to work with. They sanitized my basement and ran dehumidifiers until the levels were low enough to prevent mold. I would definitely work with them again if the need ever arose.
