I first contacted SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park due to a flood that occurred in my basement. From the beginning, the helpful, empathetic staff were a pleasure. They quickly made arrangements to come by and start the drying process and removed all of the damaged portions of the basement. They worked with my insurance company to submit claims for asbestos tile abatement along with estimates for the rebuild. The most annoying thing out of all of this was dealing with my insurance company! But every person at SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park, from Robert to Christina and Toni and Diane, and the great group of guys who did the pack-in/out, were helpful, informative, and communicated everything promptly. They also enlisted a local contractor to do the rebuild, and I was so thrilled with them that I want to use them in the future for other things in my house. SERVPRO made a very annoying event much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Our History SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park has been serving our community, surrounding areas and Long Island for the past 42 years.
