The responsiveness of this SERVPRO was immediate. I thought it might take hours or days for someone to come out. They come out almost immediately. The project manager took care of everything. From removal of personal items, to storage, repair, insurance claims and reimbursement, dealing with the adjusters, EVERYTHING! All the servicemen were very professional, I was pleasantly surprised that throughout the entire process there was REALLY GREAT communication. The foreman Mike made sure everything was to our liking. The owner (Robert) showed up every day to make sure there was never any issues. They dealt with the insurance adjuster when they found additional sheet rock was needed to be replaced. They cleaned everything, walls, furniture and duct work. The crew was great with anything that was needed to complete the job. I hope I never have these issues again, but if needed I would definitely be using SERVPRO!

Our History SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park has been serving our community, surrounding areas and Long Island for the past 42 years. We have customers we have helped when we first started asking us to help them at their own homes or recommending us to their family and friends. We have had the same phone number for all these years.

Robert and Dianne Lucchesse have grown up and raised their family here. They are involved in almost every organization. Whether it be The Chamber, community organizations, veterans, church, school, sports or music, they are involved in it all.
