I contacted this business at 7 am on a Sunday morning about an hour after the fire and got a call back within 10 mins from the proprietor Robert. Within a couple of hours he was at my home making an assessment and began work the following day. He came with a large crew who worked fevorishly throughout my home to get things back in shape. They helped me segregate items that had to be disposed of and those that could be cleaned and saved. They cleaned walls and floors, carpets Windows basically every inch of the place to eradicate the soot left behind by the fire. They worked several days in a row until the job was concluded. They came to home when promised and left when they said they would. Robert and his lead men were a pleasure to work with and were very accommodating. All in all they made a misreable experience tolerable. Robert was very professional in all respects beginning to end. His professionalism was much appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has the misfortune of a fire or a flood at their home or business.

As you can imagine this was a very inconvenient unexpected experience. Every employee from SERVPRO that came in to my home was kind,compassionate, and very thorough. I had to stay with my two small children and my husband in a hotel for a few nights until they got the home habitable. They did whatever they could to get me back in my house and living our lives again. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I already have.

Our History SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park has been serving our community, surrounding areas and Long Island for the past 42 years. We have customers we have helped when we first started asking us to help them at their own homes or recommending us to their family and friends. We have had the same phone number for all these years.

Robert and Dianne Lucchesse have grown up and raised their family here. They are involved in almost every organization. Whether it be The Chamber, community organizations, veterans, church, school, sports or music, they are involved in it all. As always they are committed to serving OUR community and servicing their needs.
We see customers, new and old, in the grocery stores, restaurants, shows and public gatherings. We help organizations such as the Red Cross, Lions Club, Music clubs, The West Babylon and Town of Babylon Chambers as well as the sports clubs.
Our Trained Employees
We pride ourselves in providing the best service possible to all our customers. Our technicians do not work in this field until they complete all required courses in our training room. They then are sent out to be trained and tested to become certified technicians at SERVPRO'S Corporate training facility. Our team has decades of experience to draw from in property restoration.
