My wife and I were in a bit of a predicament  during the most recent Nor'easter when it hit the island. We had 4 feet of water in our basement. We have a newborn baby and we were extremely concerned about having such a situation in our home. The SERVPRO of  Babylon/Deer Park got there immediately and stayed in the late hours of the night ensuring that the flooding and water damage would be fixed. They kept the health and well being of myself and my family their number one priority. I would highly recommend this company.  

Lightning had hit our electrical causing a fire in our attic, we had SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park come by from a neighbors recommendation. They arrived on time and did some temporary repairs for us, hope everything goes this smooth with our contractor

Just had a small snow storm with winds that knocked down a tree and fell on my roof, SERVPRO had a crew there within an hour to tarp my roof and protect our house from any major damage.

Heavy winds and rain had lifted our roofing shingles on Saturday letting water in to our Master bedroom. Dianne called in a crew to board up and another crew to dry it out, thank goodness for 24 hour service, great job guys.

Congrats to Robert and his staff, from the minute we called we were confident we picked the right company to perform the needed emergency service to our home. There was a wind and rain storm in our area and the neighbors tree fell onto our home causing roof and siding damage, The rains were so heavy that after a couple of minutes there was water everywhere, we called SERVPRO of Babylon and within 30 minutes he had a crew on our roof with a tarp, shortly after, Robert showed up with his restoration crew right behind him. They were like something out of a commercial, removed glass, water and any other debris that had come in. They finally left at 2:30 A.M. and returned the next morning. Call these people if you ever have an emergency, you will not regret it.
