Had SERVPRO  of Babylon/ Deer Park come in to address a odor problem, we have had for a while and could not identify it or get rid of it, we tried removing carpets washing down items and no matter what we did, the odor would not go away. We called in Robert, owner of SERVPRO near us, he evaluated and investigated our building and air filtration system, and found the cause to be coming from the air filtration and under the stage. The crew was great with anything that I asked them to do. They found problems in the A/C unit that I did not know about. They worked for about a week taking care of everything. I can not find even one thing to complain about their work. I hope I never need them again but if I did it would definitely be this company.
