My property was flooded by a water line that broke on the upstairs floor while my family was gone on vacation. Needless to say, not only was the upper floor very flooded, but the water also managed to flood the lower floor too. I was desperate for help cleaning up the huge mess so I contacted SERVPRO after getting a recommendation from a neighbor. They sent a crew out that very same morning and began work on drying out and removing all ruined drywall cabinets etc. Their team was so polite courteous and kind during the whole ordeal. They were also extremely neat and clean. They worked hard to help my whole house dry out before any damage by mold could start. I hope that I never need a water mitigation company again...but if I do...I will definitely be calling SERVPRO of Yonkers North.
I wanted to leave a quick note after the great experience I had. I can’t thank this company enough for everything they did for my family and I. We received incredible service, effective communication with the team, and amazing work done on our home after the basement was damaged. After they were done with the clean up process, it looked like nothing had ever happened. The team was very polite, courteous, and respectful while speaking with us and during their time spent at our house. I truly can’t say enough good things about the company. Thank you!!
We had a very unfortunate situation where an electrical fire happened in a bedroom of our house. Once we got past the shock of what happened, the reality sunk in.....how were we going to handle the clean up? There was a lot of smoke damage and we had no idea how to begin to take care of it.
