The staff arrived at my house after the fire was out and explained everything they were going to do ahead of time. Every single interaction with the staff, whether at the shop, on the phone, via email, or at my house was always professional, yet also personable. They answered all of my questions and dealt with all of my concerns in a timely manner. I appreciate their patience in dealing with the barrage of family members in the house asking a lot of questions as well. I cannot thank everyone on the SERVPRO team enough for everything they have done for us. This experience was certainly something I hope to not go through ever again, but if I or anyone else I know needs this type of service, I will highly recommend this team to get the job done for them. They gave their full attention to my situation, while helping out other clients too. We had a very unfortunate situation where an electrical fire happened in a bedroom of our house. Once we got past the shock of what happened, the reality sunk in.....how were we going to handle the clean up? There was a lot of smoke damage and we had no idea how to begin to take care of it.
