We had a very unfortunate situation where an electrical fire happened in a bedroom of our house. Once we got past the shock of what happened, the reality sunk in.....how were we going to handle the clean up? There was a lot of smoke damage and we had no idea how to begin to take care of it. Thanks to SERVPRO of Yonkers North, we didn't have to worry about a thing. We were so fortunate to have their very skillful and reliable staff take care of everything for us! There was no way we could have gotten through things without them!!

Got a Water Heater leak in the basement, called the next Morning and they were here and on the job super fast, getting things drying out immediately and explaining everything they were doing throughout the whole cleaning process.  The basement looks back to its former glory and I give 5 stars for this amazing team.  Thank You!

My property was flooded by a water line that broke on the upstairs floor while my family was gone on vacation. Needless to say, not only was the upper floor very flooded, but the water also managed to flood the lower floor too. I was desperate for help cleaning up the huge mess so I contacted SERVPRO after getting a recommendation from a neighbor. They sent a crew out that very same morning and began work on drying out and removing all ruined drywall cabinets etc. Their team was so polite courteous and kind during the whole ordeal. They were also extremely neat and clean. They worked hard to help my whole house dry out before any damage by mold could start. I hope that I never need a water mitigation company again...but if I do...I will definitely be calling SERVPRO of Yonkers North.
