Amazing work by SERVPRO! We had a busted pipe in a second floor unit that leaked down into the first floor unit causing significant water damages. The residents in both units were very unhappy. I called SERVPRO right away and they arrived to begin the work even faster than we had initially expected. They communicated with us and clearly explained what they were going to do in the units. They dealt with the issues in the bathrooms on both floors and had everything put back together, good as new. They were very clean throughout the process, doing the work very neatly and professionally. I could not believe how quickly SERVPRO resolved the problem and the residents were blown away by how little impact the leak had on their units considering the way the water damages looked at first! Thank you!
