Within a few hours of the initial call, they responded and started the process of relocating furniture and removing damaged structure material to start the water removal and drying process. After the insurance claim was processed, they began the additional repair process that was needed. Nathan and Jonathan were always available to answer any question or concerns that we encountered during the entire process. Nathan was onsite many times to ensure all repairs were being completed as needed. All repairs were completed as necessary to restore our department to preloss condition.
