After calling SERVPRO a few hours after the leak in my upstairs they were on site analyzing the damage and cleaning up. Within a few days they completely removed all the damaged material and installed equipment to begin the drying process. I also hired them to manage the repairs. My house had extensive damage which required a lot of planning and renovations. After a few months my family was able to move in and I am completely satisfied. Thanks, SERVPRO! 

SERVPRO of Rocky Mount responded to West Mount Fire Department for a water issue caused by a severe rainstorm that caused major damage to our department. Within a few hours of the initial call, they responded and started the process of relocating furniture and removing damaged structure material to start the water removal and drying process. After the insurance claim was processed, they began the additional repair process that was needed. Nathan and Jonathan were always available to answer any question or concerns that we encountered during the entire process. Nathan was onsite many times to ensure all repairs were being completed as needed. All repairs were completed as necessary to restore our department to preloss condition. I highly recommend this company.

SERVPRO exceeded my expectations more than I can express. When my lower level flooded because of a faulty water heater, I didn’t know who to call to help. Google pointed me to SERVPRO and it worked out perfectly for us. They came the same day in the middle of a storm to get us dry and kept our moisture levels monitored daily. They packed up our belongings and kept everything tidy - more so than we did. They are courteous, professional, punctual, and they worked hard to keep communication between us and our insurance company. I can’t recommend SERVPRO enough if you have an unexpected emergency in your home. Everyone- including the owner- made sure that we were satisfied and informed every step of the way. I don’t like singling out anyone when everyone I dealt with was so wonderful, but Marla, Brad, and Jesus were particularly awesome throughout the process. Call them- you won’t be sorry!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I had called 4 other mold remediation places and received no response for a month (despite me informing them I was pregnant and had 2 other children-one with asthma) and then contacted this SERVPRO location and they were amazing from the first phone call! Jonathan and Julie agreed to work with me despite me not living in their service area and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I had mold in a small bathroom from a condensation leak. They did a whole house evaluation, tested my mold and got back to me promptly with the results and for scheduling. My home is a new construction and the builder wad responsible for all fees during the process. They were amazing working with her but still informing me of everything and advocating for me regarding other issues they found during their evaluation. Like I said, I highly recommend them!!

Best customer service ever….. while traveling to South Carolina, I had a bit of an emergency with my car, discovered mold and called SERVPRO of Rocky Mount. They set up an appointment for me. I left my car there they fogged it. They did an excellent job. They gave me a ride to my hotel and picked me up the following morning even sent me a video of the condition of my car I highly recommend you call them SERVPRO of Rocky Mount. Jonathan is the owner and the girls in the office were most helpful. My hat off to the 2 guys that worked on my car so diligently and made it look almost brand new…. sorry to say their names escape me at this time, but they are the best!!! 

Thorough investigation revealed the source and cause of mold in the master-bedroom suite, a busted water pipe in the crawlspace under my house. Now, I can quickly get that pipe fixed through my HO Warranty and then get my HO insurance to cover the cleanup and restoration of that space, hopefully using SERVPRO to do job.
