My husband and I just have to praise SERVPRO in Hampstead! We came home from a trip to Florida and found lots of water that had come from the AC condensation pipe that was in the wall. At the time we had no idea where the water was coming from but found out after the cabinets and walls were torn out. Matt and his helpers from SERVPRO came to the house last Sunday......couldn't believe they came so quickly! They were here every day this week and finally able to remove their equipment yesterday when the water/moisture was gone. They did a great job tearing everything out that was wet or molded and the clean up job was excellent! Our insurance agent, Meredith Williams with Farm Bureau, is also to be commended as she answered our call on Sunday and immediately contacted SERVPRO. Issac and his team went above and beyond to help us with cleaning up a tragic loss we encountered. They worked hard to make sure our friend's home was something she could walk into. They were compassionate and caring from beginning to end.

Highly recommend SERVPRO for your restoration needs. We needed services after Hurricane Florence. When I called they were able to start the process right away. They did the initial inspection the next day. We had our quote two business days later, and they were able to get us on the schedule for the next day. The whole process took less than one business week. Kelly was so helpful throughout the process as it was not our primary home and were conducting business from afar. She answered all our questions, kept us posted on the progress, and was very professional. At no point did I feel like they were trying to push services we didn't need- they even recommended we have further testing (cheaper option) done before committing to services that we might not need.

Did an excellent job remediating the damaged areas. Took the time to explain the situation and steps to remediate and worked extra due to the weather. We were very pleased with the service.

Thank you for a wonderful job done by the team today! They were top-notch professionally, kind, and absolutely thorough. In a situation like this, I was very overwhelmed and out of my league so to speak. From the intake staff I spoke with yesterday, to today's great ladies, you all helped tremendously in taking a weight off my shoulders.
