Restoration Manager - He has over 18 years of experience in our industry and has been with us since 2013. Tommy is a Licensed Adjuster, the liaison with the many insurance companies we deal with for cleanup and repairs. He is IICRC water and ASD certified. Tommy is also certified in Lead-based paint activities and renovations--RRRP.

Production Manager/Estimator - Thomas recently moved to the area from Indiana. He has been working for another SERVPRO for a year. Thomas likes working out and playing basketball in his free time.

Project Manager- Jim is originally from New Jersey, currently living in Holly Ridge. Jim has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He enjoys flying and hiking in his free time. We are excited to have him on our SERVPRO team

Crew Chief - Matthew joined our team in 2022. Originally from Jacksonville. Courteous and calm, Matthew is a always ready to help our customers.

Crew Chief - Justin has been in the restoration industry since 2023. He started as a technician and was quickly promoted to Crew Chief.

Office Manager - Sue has been with us since 2012 and keeps the office humming at a perfect pitch. Susan is strong and attentive to the needs of our customers and clients. She is well versed in two SERVPRO Corporate Proprietary software programs the Xactimate 27.5 and the Xactimate 28. Susan sets the tone for the communication between office staff, the sales force, and the production personnel. She can be reached at (910) 762-8180.

HR Manager- Kellie has many years of bookkeeping and administrative experience and enjoys keeping all the "behind the scenes" organized and balanced. Kellie has been with SERVPRO since 2017 and is a native to NC. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and all of her critters, going to the beach, and helping others.

Job File Coordinator- Kelly Lake has been a part of the team since January of 2019 and has 6 years of SERVPRO experience. Her duties are being the liaison between mitigation and repairs and being the in-office point of contact for our customers throughout the Repair portion of the job. Kelly's favorite part of her job is helping clients through the process.

Job File Coordinator- Sabrina is originally from Hamlet, NC and now residing in Wilmington. A quick worker who is great with customers, we are lucky to have Sabrina on our team. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, crochet, and sewing.

Sales and Marketing Representative- Kassie recently moved to Rocky Point from Phoenix, AZ. Kassie hasn't worked in the restoration industry but she has been in the construction field for over 10 years. She enjoys hiking, camping & kayaking.

Accounts Receivable- Sarai is from Harkers Island, NC; currently living in Wilmington, NC. She enjoys tennis, baking, and hiking in her free time. Sarai is new to the restoration industry but has years of accounting experience.

Crew Chief - A North Carolina native, Mike now resides in Jacksonville. He has been in the restoration industry since 2020. Outside of work he enjoys biking, fishing, and hanging out with his daughter.

Technician- Dakota is from San Diego, currently living in Jacksonville. Dakota is new to the restoration industry and eager to learn. She enjoys puzzles, taking care of her dogs, and helping people in need during her free time. We are excited to have her on our SERVPRO team!

Job File Coordinator - Elena likes movies, cleaning, and spending time with family and her dog when she can. She has been working in customer service for many years and is excited to start her Journey with SERVPRO!

Receptionist/Office Admin - Meghan likes hiking, football, sewing and reading during her free time. She has been working as an admin in the construction industry for the past 4 years. We are excited to have her on the team.

Accounts Receivable - Jennifer recently moved to the area from New Jersey. NJ. She likes riding bicycles, watching football and going to the beach during her free time. Jennifer has been working in various admin roles over the last 10 years.
