Highly recommend SERVPRO for your restoration needs. We needed services after Hurricane Florence. When I called they were able to start the process right away. They did the initial inspection the next day. We had our quote two business days later, and they were able to get us on the schedule for the next day. The whole process took less than one business week. Kelly was so helpful throughout the process as it was not our primary home and were conducting business from afar. She answered all our questions, kept us posted on the progress, and was very professional. At no point did I feel like they were trying to push services we didn't need- they even recommended we have further testing (cheaper option) done before committing to services that we might not need.

Did an excellent job remediating the damaged areas. Took the time to explain the situation and steps to remediate and worked extra due to the weather. We were very pleased with the service.

After settling into our new home, I started experiencing respiratory problems. Water had been dripping from the air conditioner into our return air duct system for years. SERVPRO cleaned the interior duct system so thoroughly that it looked like the inside of a brand new oven when they were done. Within just a few days of SERVPRO’s service, I started to feel better. Now that the mold and moisture are gone, so is my mysterious health problem!
